Daily activity setting question

Hey there quick question and sorry in advanced if this seems dumb but I am sedentary at work but I work out 7 days a week burning 700-1000 cals each time (Fitbit Charge HR and Gym Machine numbers) so I am wondering if I am right to keep MFP at Sedentary in case I take a day off or two from exercising or do I increase it?

Is your Fitbit synced to MFP? If so, you don't have to do anything here. Changing the activity level would just give you more calories at the beginning of the day with a smaller adjustment as the day goes on.
I leave mine on Sedentary and eat back my earned calories.

Is your Fitbit new for you or have you had it for a while?
If you've just gotten it, it'll take it a bit to get to know you - the calories you're earning may change some over the next few weeks.
If you've had it a while, enjoy those extra calories, and keep an eye on your progress. If you're losing less quickly than you expected, Fitbit may be overestimating your burns, and you need to eat back fewer calories.
But give it a good 4 weeks, minimum, to judge how things go
