*Trying* to gain. My weight stalled at about 187 lbs when I was eating around 3600 calories a day or so. Currently up to 4400 calories a day, still weigh 187. Been sitting here about 6 weeks or so. I was hoping to hit 200 this bulk, now I am just hoping to at least break 190. I think I have about 5 more weeks before I start slowly dropping calories for my spring cut.0

Took me almost 6 months to gain an average of 9 pounds, my advice is find a good 16 week weight program and stick to it. Want results u can't cheat yourself0

I've been bulking for 3 weeks eating 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day and I lost 3 pounds instead of gaining. Confused......0

Haha that's tough
You need to find out how much you burn at rest
Then how much you burn during workouts
And compare to your caloric intake
...time to become a mathematician
Originally 230, im down to 220 while eating 4500 calories.0
