Hi!

How much do you drink each day? On both workout and non workout days?

And did you notice any benefits to drinking more?

    I drink 80 ozs of water. One 32 oz water with Crystal Light lemonade in it. During the summer I drink more of the lemonade. Then 36 oz of Stash Tea Moroccan Mint iced tea...that I brew and keep in frig. I add a sweetener packet to each of those. Then before bed I drink a 12 oz mug of peppermint tea, because its a nice way to end the day. Plus it makes my innards feel good.
