Getting healthy

Well what can I say. I've let my life get pretty out of hand and I've put on a good amount of weight. I'm feeling ready and dedicated to the process and am hoping I can stick with tracking my food and keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. I'm starting off at 240lbs, and I've been as low as 180 about 3 years ago. I want to get back to around 190-195.
