hello everyone. Like everybody else, I am on here to engage with individuals who have weight lost and fitness goals. I weigh 11.5 stones and I like to lose a stone of weight.

I'm doing a 10k obstacle course in April and would love to chat to people to share inspiration to complete our goals.
