Need to loose 20lb+ and my lifestyle!

My short term goal is to loose 20 pounds. My baby is almost 7 months and I still can't loose all weight gained during pregnancy. Currently 160lb so my goal short term goal is -20lb, I want to change my eating habits since all my adult life I have been struggling with my weight going up and down I want to loose the weight I want and be able to stay there, not only to feel good about my looks but mostly about my health! Since now I'm a mother of 3, I don't want to give my kids a sick mother, when I get older! So good luck everyone!
