Fitbit syncing??

Hey everyone! I have a question about my Fitbit connection. I linked the two, but it doesn't seem to be updating on MFP. Bluetooth is on and I refreshed in both The FitBit app and in MFP with no steps update. Can anyone help?! Thanks so much!

    i would suggest turning both the apps off on the phone and then turning them back on. On the latest iphone if you double click the home button and push those apps to the top of your phone it turns them off and then just try turning them back on and seeing if they sync. otherwise maybe turn your phone off and back on.
