Hi y'all,
I have a frozen shoulder, meaning I can't lift it or move it other than a very limited range. I already know I need to speak to my doctor about what i can do until the problem is resolved but I'm going to throw this out anyway, to see if I can get some ideas. I already know pushups are out, because it puts too much pressure on that arm. Bicep curls I can do, for a short amount of time. I have three pound dumb bells and resistance bands. I already walk most days when the weather cooperates, but I'm looking to add something to the mix. Thanks for any help you can give. Oh, I'm a relative beginner to most exercise other than walking and I don't have access to a gym at this point. I can't move my arm behind my back or much higher than chest height without aggravating it.

Wow I think I would talk to a Dr. before I did nay type of exercise. You could end up making it so much worst. But if you like to dance I would do that but be carefully. Get better!!0
