Bicep Injury?

Hi all,

So I rock climb 3-5 times a week and yesterday while I was at the climbing gym my arm started to bug me a bit. It doesn't feel like DOMS at all. It just feels weird and weak, not exactly painful, just kind of sore, and only when I am resting. It was my fourth day in a row climbing so it probably has something to do with that. I am resting today but I just want to make sure I didn't injure myself.

Any thoughts on what this could be? Does this just mean I am getting stronger?

Any ideas would be a great help!

    Sounds like a minor strain to me. I'd play it safe, ice/massage/heat it for about 3 days, and ease back into your climbing routine.
