ive always thought keeping my diets to myself was the answer

I always thought if I kept my diets to myself and motivated myself to do right and eat healthy I would be able to do it but I felt so alone and id make up any excuse not to exercise and that's when I joined mfp. It was the best decision to allow myself to open up and let people in and have them see what things im going through and what challenges im facing and how I plan on making changes and I was trying to do it without any support and no one motivating me which was clearly the problem. I thought I could do it alone but I cant and that is why I love making new friends on here and hearing their stories and struggles and realizing other people are in the same boat as me and that a simple like on some ones status updates or receiving a friend request makes all the difference. I really feel like im not alone in this and that I have a great outlook on this year and this time around I can complete my goal of losing 50 pounds.

I felt the exact same as you. My coming here changed everything and I am now seeing success. I realized just as you have that it can't be done alone. I am glad you are here. :)

Hi. I'm Kevin. I started with the goal of losing 50-60 pounds. I've lost about 34 so far. I'm doing it with diet modification aerobic exercise and weight training. Friend me if you want to provide mutual support. Good luck all.
