Want to lose 70lbs

I want to lose 70lbs, but tecnically could stand to lose more than that. My goal is to lose at least 26lbs this year or an average of 0.5lbs/week. I want to be able to lose the weight and keep it off, so I know it may take a little longer to reach my goal. I am working on developing a new lifestyle.

I love to be outdoors, so winter is a harder time for me when it comes to staying active. I have also began using The Daniel Plan because I love that it concentrates on more than just food & fitness, but also friends, faith & focus.
