Hi everyone,
Vitals:
Height:5'2
Weight: 12st 1lb
1st goal: 10st 6lb
2nd goal: who knows!
I'm back using this app again after a long gap. It worked really well for me last time - I find recording everything is so helpful- and with Christmas weight, my best friends wedding this year and fed up of being the "fat friend" I thought it was high time to get on the weight loss mission.
I live in Cornwall, UK and lead a generally active, outdoorsy lifestyle in the summer (horse riding, cycling, swimming, walking) but in the winter, the best thing to do around here is to sit in by the fire and eat.
I cook nearly every meal myself throughout the week and enjoy trying out new recipes. I'm looking to learn a bit more about healthy and low calorie/fat/carb meals from the community here.
My biggest vice is snacking when I don't feel full, which means carbs and sugar, which equals that awful energy crash. I'm also a huge sucker for crisps and processed meats such as ham. A full pack of ham doesn't last long in our fridge.
I'm also a breakfast skipper. I'd like to hear other ex breakfast-skippers tips on the best way to eat well in the mornings.
I have an open diary and am open to any friend requests. Add me and let's get motivated together!!
Lauren

I am right there with you. I can diet really well when I'm dedicated, but once I lose motivation it all goes down hill. Here's to new beginnings!0
