Vegan advice

I'm a new Vegan. And I do keep a good calorie intake, diary is open for the public if you want to see. But I seem to like to turn to crackers and peanut butter. And yes I do keep a variety still, fruits and vegetables. Diary(Vegan) and protein of course. Is this common for new Vegans?
