Determination is really what it's going to come down to. Just about everybody knows what they have to do to lose weight nowadays, but it's only the ones with the discipline that make it happen. In my experience, the beginning was the easiest. It's near the end when it gets tough because your body catches on to your routine and that's when you begin to plateau; however, if you go into this prepared to make a permanent lifestyle adjustment, then you'll be totally ready for the long haul.
Fostering those healthy habits is going to be key. Try not to think of this as something temporary, but rather as a new beginning. Good luck and keep motivated!0 -
