First year college kid "freshman 15"

Can anyone else relate to me on this? I just finished my first semester in college and went home to meet some friends (i use to be athletic and rather fit in high school) and while we're joking around they say i had gotten a bit bigger. I didn't want to believe that my college experience and the "freshman 15" had got a hold of me, but when i checked in the mirror i had noticed i did look different and almost unrecognizable. I weighed myself and realized i had gained way more then I should have (20 pounds and I'm sure it wasn't muscle) and had enough! Getting back to working out and eating healthy feels a bit different but honestly in a good way. I won't let myself be a slob when I should be in the best shape of my life. Enough is enough no more excuses!
