Trying to lose 50 to 60 pounds. I'm finding it hard to eat only calories recommended. ..I'm hungry :-( ....Started dieting January 1st....just need some support here...Sandy

Set at 1200 calories a day....averaging over at 600 over this week...0

Bump it up to 1 or 1.5 per week, this will give you more calories per week. Add some exercise and you will get a little more.0
