Ready to get tone and eat right

Hey guys I'm Haley. I'm 23, average weight, and ready to tone up and start eating right. I just recently quit smoking so hopefully I don't fall back into old patterns. I've never worked out in a gym so I have a trainer for 5 days to show me the ropes, but after that I'm all on my own. I've put myself on a healthy and nutritious diet because if I didn't I would be eating pizza everyday. Any fitness or diet tips are very much needed. Thanks!
