Help in needing to lose weight!

Hey, I'm cassidy and new to my fitness pal. I have been struggling with losing weight since my knee injury. I do alright for a little while, but then fall back into bad habits. I am really determined to sticking to losing the extra weight I have put on. I need to lost about 65 lbs and I could use some motivation and a few friends on here!

    I'm working on losing 100 it's a big goal but we can do it!

    I'm also chipping away at 100. You've just got to take it one day, one bite, one pound at a time. Everything you do, no matter how major or tiny, counts. We are here to help you celebrate the wins and push you over the hurdles. Feel free to add me as a friend if you want a buddy.

    Im working on losing 40!! I've done it once 4 years ago, had two kids along with broken ankle surgery this year caused me to be very lazy but im able so that is no excuse!! Haha You can do it!!
