High-calorie, healthy foods? (adderall and rapid weight loss)

( If you dont wanna read backstory, skip to the bottom for the questions )
So, I have pretty severe ADHD, still being in school makes it difficult, my focus goes out the window at the slightest drop of a pen. My physician and behavioral therapist started me on Adderall a few months ago. First 20mg, no difference. Month or two later, it was a week before finals and I was dumb as a sheep in lala land lol. So she increased me to 30mg Adderall XR. Passed finals, mind fog was gone, I could focus and get things done and didn't have any symptoms except one.
Weight loss. Now, I started my weight loss journey at 5'5, 204lbs 2 years ago. I'm now 148lbs in hopes of losing 10-15 more (in fitness and health). The Adderall caused me to lose 10lbs in about a month, I really was not hungry, I felt full and food wasn't something I wanted often. It was like eating dessert when you already had a 6 course meal. Right before my doctor took me off of it, I had started regulating and eating more. He flipped over the weight loss though and tried me on Methylphinidate, the weight loss stopped but so did my focus.
I'll probably be going back on the 30mg soon, (my behavioral therapist is talking to my doc about it, she sees nothing wrong with the loss unless I lose too much or don't eat at all which wasn't the case).
If I do end up on it again (hopefully before the new semester rolls around), what are some high-calorie, healthy foods that I can eat? It causes my appetite to drop a lot, so I want something I can eat that will give me a good amount of calories but without eating a lot. I don't want to drop all my muscle and everything I've been building.
(And no haters and judgment, it will just be ignored. I have had ADHD all of my life and only started medication a few months ago due to other issues. I'm not a druggie or a pill popper or an "easy way out" type of person. I likely won't be taking it through the summer. I need help in class around the other loud, distracting students.)

I just want to say good for you for addressing your ADHD...for some, one does not grow out of it. usually just the HD part. My son wont take his because of the appetite loss and it makes him feel anxious .0

I'd try drinks - milkshakes, smoothies with nut butter or avocado or coconut milk, protein drinks / meal replacement shakes / Ensure, cream based or olive oil enriched soups blended smooth. It's easier to drink calories than to eat them, and they'll clear your stomach faster, too. If you have a fancy blender (Vitamix or Blendtec), any soup can be blended completely smooth, so you could put whatever meat or vegetables you wanted to meet your definition of healthy.0

To increase cals with reduced volume, choose fatty or full fut versions of foods - full fat dairy, fatty meats and fish, whole eggs. Carb dense vegies - like starchy root vegies - will get more cals in.
Cook in coconut oil, drizzle food in olive oil, use butter/nut butter/avocado where you can. Drink your calories, with smoothies like has already been suggested.
If you don't have much of an appetite, make an eating schedule and stick to it regardless of whether you are hungry or not....0 -

The smoothies and drink mixes are also great for finding nutritional balance as well as loading up on calories. Need more fat? Add some peanut butter. Need more protein? Add Greek yogurt or a little more milk, or add a protein powder. The powders and supplements are also good in other things at times, and may help if you don't get hungry easily.0
