Looking to build a support group for everyone involved in public service (EMS, fire, police, etc.) looking to improve their fitness! Comment below with a little bit about yourself and your goals.

I'm Lindsey, an Advanced EMT (trauma junkie) with a fire dept, working on becoming a medic and police officer. I live in southern utah and have a passion for cooking, hiking, and dogs.

    I am a 911 dispatcher. Started in Utah County then went to UPD in Salt Lake. Now I dispatch in Idaho
