Hello, everyone!

Currently trying to lose 21 pounds. Coming off of a vegan lifestyle. (Dietary vegan) I'm having a hard time picturing letting myself eat dairy and eggs again, but I think my body would feel better eating a more balanced diet with less restrictions. I'm also on anti-depressants and would like to get off of them if possible.

Needing encouragement and reinforcement that I'm heading in the right direction!

    As jessieshanks1981 says, exercise will do wonders for your health; mentally and physically. Give your body time to acclimate to the diet change and you should be fine. You can certainly succeed!
