Hello my name is Erika and started back on MFP 2 weeks ago after learning how much I gained over the holidays. Please feel free to add me 
lets motivate each other! Topazgal - add me Lost weight last week but this week gained 2 pounds but cant figure out why as I stayed within my caloric intake and did more walking. Puzzled!

Could be water weight (us girls can fluctuate quite a bit), just keep at it 0
