It's goal setting time. I have previously lost (then gained but whatever) 120#. I used to set a goal at each BMI point as a mini then every 15, 25, etc. But this time I want to switch it up. I want mini and milestone goals for weight but I'm also looking for ideas on rewardaable goals that aren't tied to the scale.

Number of push-ups in a minute, time to complete 5k (3 miles). Goal pants or shirt. Tattoo for a reward of hitting a milestone. (Complete a half marathon)

Pedicures are good rewards for me. Some new clothes along the way always make me feel better and I will probably get a new tattoo when I hit my final goal.0
