Mfp for the home stretch -- super low carb!

Hi! I'm a longtime Atkins/Low Carb High Fat dieter. I've lost more than 50lbs in the last year. I'm about 7lbs away from my goal of 188lbs, which has been very elusive. I had been eating too much and drinking too much alcohol. Mfp has shown me that much.

I'm hoping mfp will help me stay at a deficit. I have not been able to do so for the first two days -- my alcohol intake keeps messing me up. Still, I've lost 3lbs during the last three days.

    Yay! 7 pounds away is awesome! Congrats on the 50! I don't drink, so I can't say anything on the alcohol. You may be drinking your carbs, though.

    Thank you! I was drinking wine but I switched to spirits. Zero carb but 70 cals per shot -- so I think moderation is probably the key. Wish me luck!
