Trying to lose the weight

Hello. I fell off track in the last few months and am gaining my weight back. I'm trying to get back on track and shed the weight.

    Get started, commit to it and log every calorie. Above all make it a lifestyle change. Better food choices, portion control and exercise. Once you get in the groove the weight comes off. Just don't call it a diet, diets end but a lifestyle goes on and on. Good luck!
