After many injuries in a row, then having my stomach cut open to remove both a uterus and a baby-head sized fibroid, my body hasn't been the same since 2012. Three yrs later and I got up to 170 lbs! I didn't think it was possible on my small frame. Im only 5'2" although i lost 2" from arthitis in my spine. Between the scar tissue and bulging discs I fear it has attached onto nerve muscles that have made my yoga and pilates exercise almost impossible to get into correct postures. My goal now is to get back to 118 again! I began on Mon Jan 4 and today I weighed in at 164! I'm just using this app which I adore, you can even scan your food!! Looking at myself in the mirror at the gym is the hardest part of my exercise routine. I hope when I lose this weight that I will be able to wipe my *kitten* again without straining to get my arm back there! And also hope that my inner thighs will tightened up and enable my vjj to breathe again! That's my story.
