Hi everyone. I'm a 24 year old female looking to lose some weight I gained when starting an office job. I used to work retail and ran around a lot, now I'm fairly stationary and it's starting to show.
Do any of you have some good ideas or support for me? Thanks!

Well to be honest, a healthy diet is what's most important with regards to weight loss. I didn't do so much as lift a finger when I lost my first 50 lbs, and even after that my regiment didn't change all that much; however, it's always best to at least try to put a minimal amount of effort to become more active. Things like taking the stairs rather than the elevator, or parking at the far end of the parking lot can go a long way.0
