Only you can give yourself motivation. And prevent forest fires.

If you want help, maybe you should start posting more details, more about what you're looking to accomplish, and where you are now. These brief and cryptic posts you've been dropping don't tell me anything, so I don't know what to tell you.0

What do you want? Why do you want it? What is your problem? You kind of have to find your own internal motivation.
I was really motivated to lose weight when I found I couldn't keep up with my family very well anymore, getting out of breath, pain, clothes not fitting. I finally said to myself, "*kitten* this! I'm only 40 years old. I deserve a full, healthy life."
I set up a reasonable goal of losing 1 lb a week and followed what MFP told me to eat for calories. I eat pretty much the same food just the appropriate amount for me. I am at my lowest weight in 5 years now and feeling so much better. That is great motivation to continue to my ultimate goal.0 -
I find a quick look in the mirror at myself while naked to be highly motivating.0
