I've been in the process of retraining my mind to focus on better and healthier decisions for the past few years. Not just the food and exercise aspects of health but also the mentality of choosing better thoughts not only towards myself but others as well. To acknowledge other people's goals and understand they are not always the same as my fitness goals.
