Body Fat Calculation Question (IPOARM)

I am using the IPOARM spreadsheet to calculate my calories each week.
I have been using the average body fat % calculation that the spreadsheet gives me, rather than using one of the actual calculations. I'm noticing that my weight loss hasn't been so great lately, so I'm wondering if maybe I shouldn't be using that average number.

for example, these are my current numbers:
US navy method - 39.62 %
Covert Baily method - 29.50%
Average - 34.56 %

I've been using the average number, should I use the higher number of 39.62% instead for better results?
I am taking all of my measurements myself, with a tape measure, I don't have calipers.

If you think the 40% is more accurate use that.

Imagine what you would weigh at a fairly lean 20% body fat- your skinny twin, if that would be 25% less than your weight now then you're right to use 40%.

    Math -

    Weight now = W, 40% BF so 60% FFM = 0.6W

    At 20% BF weight = L. FFM still = 0.6W = 0.8 L

    Hence L = 0.6/0.8 W = 3/4W = 25% less than W.

I have no idea if the 40% is more accurate, that's why I'm asking.
I have no idea what I would weigh at 20% body fat, if I don't even know what my accurate body fat is now.

I was just wondering what most people use, the average, the lower or the higher number.
