Just started jogging, it's been a few days so far...trying to eat healthy as well, I feel this is going to be the hardest thing I'll ever do...I love to eat, and not real food. The bad stuff, and I'm extremely picky...I'm 5'1 and in the eye of a doctor, and my mirror I'm obese.

Any advise, I'm all ears, also anyone know if running can really make an impact on your weight or not?? love to make friends on here..as well.

    Advice: Keep it simple. Plug your numbers into MFP and eat at the calorie deficit it gives you. Running is great and will help with your deficit.
