Hello everyone! I've finally started the very long path to getting healthy and staying that way. I am trying to approach this as an addiction and taking the first step of admitting I have a problem. I overeat and I use food for comfort. This has impacted myself and my family in negative ways. But, I am beginning food sobriety now and I am promising myself and those I love to make the changes necessary. Looking forward to proving to myself what I am capable of

Hi...
I'm starting over again too. For the umpteenth time. It's been a 30 year battle....age and hormones aren't helping either. Starting with logging food, making better choices and being conscious of everything I eat. I've always snacked, mindlessly. Exercise is the next step.0
