How's this?

I have set my fitness level to lightly active because I can now (and do) walk 7500 steps per day. Do you think this is accurate?

I use to get very tired/sore when I walked that much but I've worked up slowly to it. I also do very light additional cardio (15 min elliptical) 3 times per week. My calories for slow weight loss came out to 1800-1850 per day. And I feel I can actually stick with that!

Seems good to me. Just be sure you don't double count exercise. By that, I mean if you are factoring those 3 times a week into "lightly active" then don't log them as separate workouts too :)

Track for 30 days and then make an adjustment if you need to :) 30 days will give you time to assess progress and not get derailed by temporary hormone fluctuations that affect water retention and digestive process.
