I have set my fitness level to lightly active because I can now (and do) walk 7500 steps per day. Do you think this is accurate?
I use to get very tired/sore when I walked that much but I've worked up slowly to it. I also do very light additional cardio (15 min elliptical) 3 times per week. My calories for slow weight loss came out to 1800-1850 per day. And I feel I can actually stick with that!

Seems good to me. Just be sure you don't double count exercise. By that, I mean if you are factoring those 3 times a week into "lightly active" then don't log them as separate workouts too0

Track for 30 days and then make an adjustment if you need to
30 days will give you time to assess progress and not get derailed by temporary hormone fluctuations that affect water retention and digestive process.
