I'm doing Keto for 39 days so far. Started on December 1st. I am losing moderately down about 16 pounds so far. Around 10 years ago I was 290 ripped and suddenly stopped training and eating to maintain that kind of muscle. Have zero interest in going back to any gym, spent 18 years in the gym daily. Only interested in weight loss via diet. Have been doing well with no cheating and solid Keto. Looks like I may lose slower than some of the others my size.
