Anyone trying to gain muscle and lose body fat.

Looking for people to compete with. I am 26 started lifting and eating clean November 1st I have lost 30 lbs and got alot stronger .Anyone trying to do the same ?

    My next weigh in and measurement check is at the end of this month. I'm trying to do the same thing. I've lost over 100lbs but I'm tryna get these gainsssss.

    I'd love to join you! I am 47, started lifting/training with a trainer in September. Started eating clean since then, and I'm pretty disciplined with my eating but sugar is my weakness and I need to re-start that now! I've lost 12 lbs., gained a good bit of strength, and look great (I weigh 118-119). I need someone to compete with!!

    I'm up for that, enough water, coffee, veggie drinks, laxatives and unnecessary carb depletion should see me pass that much weight by then.

    Good luck gaining muscle while losing 4 lbs a week. Recomp is much, much slower than that.

    Sounds good lets do it. And to the ones who say it don't work like that or a little negative. If you clean , low calorie , work hard and ALOT of protein it can be done I am doing it !
