Hello I'm Nicola and I'm from Wales. I'm looking to get back in shape after having a knee op.

    Hi nic.. im originally from wales.. :) living in edinburgh for last 11 years.. successfully lost 2 stone doing cambridge before xmas.. got 7lbs to target so decided to count cals this last leg on journey! Add me if you like :)
