Little time. Looking for suggestions

I have been doing well slowly losing weight, mostly by changing my eating habits. But I also want to improve my fitness through activity. My problem is I work 2 jobs, and have almost no consistent time available.
I do have three 15 minute breaks each day, and I'm looking for suggestions on things I could do at the office during that time.

I would speed walk one break. Walk the stairs for another. Using the last for bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups, glute bridges, wall sits, planks etc.0

Walk around your building during your breaks. You don't have to do long workouts to reap the health benefits. This is from the american heart association: http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/GettingHealthy/PhysicalActivity/FitnessBasics/American-Heart-Association-Recommendations-for-Physical-Activity-in-Adults_UCM_307976_Article.jsp#.VpKNTLYrKHs0

Could you get some dumb bells or a kettle bell for your office ? You could walk on one break and then use your kettlebell on your second break ! It all adds up ! So even though you don't have tons of free time , something is better then nothing ! You do this !0

Thanks, y'all. These are great suggestions! I'm ready to take it to the next level.0

Working 2 jobs, I think you need an actual break at some point, especially if your jobs are physical in nature. Use one or two breaks for exercise and at least one to rest and have a healthy snack.0

You could fit a set if body weight exercises in one if the breaks, walk another and do 15 min yoga the other.
I actually like using having a snack for one too.
Cheers, h
My favourite body weight routine. 1 set simple and fast.

I work two jobs as well and one thing I did was work out in the mornings for 30 mins so I would get in for the day. Is that something you can do?0
