Hoping top make 2016 the best year of my health

I am not new to this. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has said this year is my year to take better care of myself. I'm a strong believer in never quitting. I'm sure I'll get it right one of this days. I'm also going to try to not blame my everyday situation not get to me. I will do my best to get my eating under control. I will make exercise part of my everyday routine.

    Pretty proud of myself so far, I haven't given up, still eating right and actually exercising everyday. looking forward in seeing the results,just have to be patient and keep going. Snowshoeing has become my new addiction.
