I have used myfitnesspal before in my life, but this time I am very determined, I am not fat, but this year I have decided to get my best shape ever, even if I am 32 y/o. Any tips? I am 180cm for 92kg, I want loose 7 kgs

Iam 43 and wanting to be fit! I'm technically within "normal" range for wt and ht but am not fit. What feels smooshy needs to feel firm. I tried crossfit but have never enjoyed any part of weight lifting and don't want to bulk up. I'm loving zumba and yoga with light weights with many repetitions. Have been at it for 2 wks and can already see......feel.... a difference0
