Hi all
Just going to introduce myself and explain where I am in my fitness journey.
I would have been a usual gym going until Feb 2015 and then I got hit with depression and stopped everything.
Finally I've sorted myself out and am back training.
I've done alot of damage to my body. I used to binge eat and due to it blew up to 104kgs.
So time to undo it
