Weight loss goals

I am currently 215 lbs....I want to get back down to 170 again... What are your weight loss goals?

Also just curious when you set your goal to how much you want to lose, do you go by 10-20 lbs and re-adjust or do you just put in your actual weight loss goal? A friend of mine once told me I should start by putting in realistic goals, like 5-10 lbs first, then to keep going.

If anyone wants to add me also that would be fantastic I really need some help!

    I started off by listing the top of the healthy range for my height, per BMR, as my goal. In my head, though, I focused on 5 pound goals.

    A weight trending app like Happy Scale lets you break down your big goal into mini goals. Then you can use MFP for your big goal. But really either way is fine, whatever best motivates you.

    Remember to measure & take progress pics so you have several ways to track your progress.
