Weight loss comes mostly through controlling food intake. You don't have to exercise to lose weight. Exercise has many other benefits that you'll want to consider. You also don't have to do "traditional" exercise. Go for a walk, a hike, join a softball team, play disk golf, go dancing, or do any other active thing. You don't have to go for a run to get cardiovascular benefits. Just find something you like and become more active in general.0

I agree with usmcmp. Losing weight is tied to managing intake. Formal exercise is not a required part of losing weight. More important than formal exercise for good personal health is becoming active. Our bodies are meant to move and be used. Being active is good for your body, mind and spirit.0

Love the worldwide support network. Sorry pals, but keeping the body moving is essential when you are 62.
