Sample of meals to bulk up clean?

I need to gain more weight, based on experience who can tell me good meals that can help me ?

A clean bulk is only 250 calories per day. Just add that many calories to your meal plan.0

I have been eating the following recently:
bfas - 2 eggs, 50g oats, 1 apple, 1 tbsp honey
2 lunches - 150g chicken breast, 150g potato (or sweet potato or rice), 100g broccoli
1 dinner - 150g red meat, 250 g green beans, 5g butter
repeat.

That sounds fun.
@greisysantana, all you need to do is eat in a slight surplus. The amount of fat you put on during a bulk is dependent on calories not food types. Eat too big a surplus of "clean" food and you'll still put on excess fat.0 -
I have lots of steal cut oats they are a great source of carbs. I have half a cup (dry oats) with a banana and then after my workouts I have half a cup of oats mixed with protien powder. It's a great way to bump up your calories.0
