Any former crash dieters fancy joining forces?

I'm an official self acclaimed crash dieter losing a load of weight on a stupid diet and then gaining it all back once I couldn't keep it up any longer.
I'm on here trying to get my eating healthy and a sensible exercise regime in check. I really need the support to help me get on track and not lose motivation when the pounds don't drop off as quickly as they did on the crash diets haha
