I'm 5 months pregnant and have the OK from my midwife to slowly lose weight throughout my pregnancy. So a steady 2 lbs a week is what I'm shooting for. I've been hit or miss the past couple of weeks and am now going to take it a one day at a time mantra. So just for today I'm logging all my food and my exercise. Please add me as a friend if you'd like to help support each other. I'm 34, have 4 kids already, work full time, single, and super duper positive about life! Let's do this! Healthy babies, healthy mamas!
