My first "mini goal" is to get to 200. I hope to do this by the end of January.

My "goal" chart looks like this:
    By the end of (month):
  • January 200
  • February 190
  • March 180 (I would be happy here forever)
  • April 170
  • May 160
  • June 150

    And the Universe replied...

Weight loss tends to start at a fast rate and then it slows down over time. This is normal. So don't be discouraged if you don't hit your goal each month. :+1:

10 pounds per month is a very aggressive cut. I dont think it is healthy to lose weight that fast without being supervised by a doctor, JMHO.

You could lose 10 lbs for a few months but, it will never be exact the same. Part of being successful in weight loss is being okay with weeks where you don't loss much or at all. Your body does not work on your time table.

Thanks, Mike. This IS physician-supervised. :)
