Rather like most of us here, I've joined MFP to lose some weight, about 10 kilos is the plan over the next 3 months. Am exercising daily (I have a month off between jobs) and cutting out the bad stuff, in my case this means fruit juice...

Would appreciate any advice from you all and a few friends on here would help keep my motivation!

I'm a 45 year old male in the uk, 5 10 tall and weigh 87kg

    I am 45 and have only been here about 2 weeks. But it helps me stay focused. I have started to slowly change into better eating habits, one of which I started making Protein Breakfast shakes in the morning with protein powder added. Very good and is a slow progress. You can add me as a friend if you would like. The more support we all have here the better our chances at succeeding. It has helped me because I'm not super motivated but MFP and all my new friends help motivate me and keep me focused. Good luck in your journey :)
