Toning up body

Hey guys! I'm a 19 year old female who
Weighs 112.4 lbs. I'm currently trying to lose about 4 lbs and also want to work on toning up my body. If you guys have any advice I'd greatly appreciate it. & if you guys need any motivation or tips/advice I'm here for yah as well! WE CAN DO THIS!!

    Lose fat and exercise the muscles you want to tone. That is the in-a-nutshell way to do it. If you want to work on abs, do all different variations of crunches, sit-ups, planks, push-ups, bridges, superman, etc. If you want to work on other parts, do exercises focusing on those parts.

    Also, make sure you get plenty of protein. Eating at a deficit will also cause you to lose muscle, so exercise and protein can help prevent some of that.

    Finally, water and sleep are very important. Get enough of both.
