    I'm not sure addictive is the right word but there's no doubt that too much sugar and starchy foods make me hungry whether it's from fruit and whole grains or table sugar and white bread so it's always nice to see studies like this. What really stands out about this one is that they kept the protein constant since that's a common complaint about low carb studies. Thanks for posting.

    One thing I find really interesting is how they identify the different parts of the brain that activate. Just because something is "all in your mind" doesn't mean it is just thought process.

    I read an article the other day about this. I'm glad the media is moving away from a calorie is a calorie and more towards whole foods though. There are a lot of people who can't stop eating "carbage" and 100 calories snack packs aren't helping them at all.
