What are your suggestions?
So far, I've found the Taco Bell bean burrito fresco style with a side of black beans, and a side of guac to be a good fit.
Any other suggestions for better fast food choices?

My favorite is a Chipotle rice bowl - chicken, pinto beans, brown rice, hot and mild salsa for around 555 calories. I get 1 meal and a snack out of that. Fills me up.

McDonalds has breakfast all day now egg McMuffin has 300 calories with a small fries 230 calories. Doesn't really fill me up though. Always hungry after if I eat that but it's decent if you are stuck with nothing else around.

Here's a list of foods at McDonalds for under 400 calories - http://www.mcdonalds.com/us/en/food/meal_bundles/favoritesunder400.html

What do you mean by "better"? Less calories? More vegetables? Lower carb? More protein?

Everything you consume determines whether your diet is healthy, not just one meal.

Chili, baked potato, salads, sandwich wraps that contain a lot of vegetables seem like some "diet friendly" options.

I find an apple or some carrots to be great fast food.
